Easter Bonnet!!

I love Easter and the bunny.. Even though my husband and I are retire folks I still make the colored eggs and make a basket for him.. I even make a treat for my pets so they are included in the festivitys..I love the new dress and shoes for Easter sunday events and will wear them all day and feel like a pricess.. And in church I'm deeply humbled at the lords work and all that he gave for us..Its a solom day as well as a joyous day.. Do you celebrate Easter in anyway.. Wether it be getting together or church or what ever else you may do... Tammy

I am usually involved in an Easter musical production, either on Easter itself, or on Palm Sunday. I have lots of clothes, so I have avoided the new outfit for quite awhile.I love hard boiled eggs, and the creativity of coloring them. The music we choose, and offer as a gift to the communtiy is awesome and uplifting, and we celebrate for weeks by perfecting it. We have orchestra and drama, and soloists. I would love to be able to be in my brother's little church, but I will be working this Easter.

Hi Tammy, I tend to get my boys a nice present for easter, rather than an egg, other peole seem to buy them chocolate.
I don't go to church but I do tell my boys the easter stroy, I was born on palm sunday and I love that story too, but I'm not religious.

I always have easter dinner at my house and the whole family comes over. We have alot of kids in the family so we always do a easter egg hunt we put money in the plastic eggs. Its so fun to watch them. You have a nice easter and dont you eat too much chocolate.heheheh

We spend it as a family. We do color eggs and make a nice dinner. We realize the season for what it is and have a grand day knowing the problems have truly been taken care of. Gardening is becoming a big deal at this time of year and it is truly spring. Thanks for sharing you way of spending the day/week.

I don't dress up so much in new clothes anymore but I do like you fix Easter baskets for the children of my friends and neighbors.
