The Single Best Way To Burn Fat

Many people struggle everyday to try and shed those unwanted pounds and inches from their waste-lines. How can we win, with the enemy so grand and so powerful? There is an option to attack that fat, face it head on, and banish it from your body. A recent study indicates that doing cardiovascular workouts on an empty stomach is the single best way to burn maximum amounts of fat. Low muscle-glycogen stores trigger the body's fat-burning stove, and fat-burning enzymes work best in the morning, when your body is low on glucose after your overnight fast. The researchers also found that eating breakfast after working out increased glycogen production by 90 percent, which translates into more energy the rest of your day.

That is very interesting. I always have a problem eating first thing in the morning (Unless you consider a cup of coffee as really eating). I used to went to the gym for physical theropy every morning and would work out for two hours and then go and get breakfast. I have to say that I was never in better shape physically. But then I got really sick and started having some major asthma problems which flared up every time I even had light exurtion so I haven't been able to exercise at all. It is a vicious cycle that if I exercise I get sick but if I do not exercise I get fat.

This is interesting but I usually find it hard to workout on an empty stomach because I usually go giddy due to low blood sugar, so I usually workout an hour or two after having something to eat. There's also a lot being made about the benefits of eating breakfast as well. I think the bottom line is to balance what we eat, afterall having some body fat is good.

Well after reading this whole discussion I realized that this does make sense ...If we exercise on an empty stomach the body has to use the stored fat for energy ...this is so cool ...I myself don't work out but my daughter struggles with a weight problem and she has been working out latelty to try and lose some ...I will definetly pass this new information on to her ...maybe she will benefit from it too ..thanks for this new information..one thing is it sure won't hurt you to try this ...not like diet pills ...I am deathly afraid of those things...
