Any good soup recipes?

sweet pea soup: boil the sweet pea's.Blend them with salt,pepper,mint. now heat it in a pan.Add thick cream to that .serve hot...enjoy

not quick the best soups take some time boiling some chicken bones and meat for 5 hours to start maybe or browning some meat, then adding veggies and barley, a little tomatoe, etc, then simmer for 2 hours easy, not quick

you can cook the potato with egg soup. All you have to do is just slice some shallots, garlic and ginger. and cut your potato into cube shape. Heat some cooking oil and add the shallot, garlic and ginger - leave them fry for a while. Add the potato and saute for a while before adding the water. bring the water to boil. mean while beat the egg and add them into the soup. add a cube of chicken stock, add some salt to taste. Now it's ready to serve.

one of my fav that my mom used to make all the time was ham and poato soup with dumplings. its so easy and yummy. all you have to do is get a ham(not canned) boil in a very large pot full of water and then when its fully cooked cut up the ham put it back in the pot with the same water thats now full of ham flavor and add cut up potatos. cook till potaos are done and thats it. the dumplings are very yummy made in it but i don't think you would get enough for that many people.
