Drain a can of chunk pinapple. Melt butter in a pan, add the pinapple and stir. When warmed, just sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and serve. Add whipped cream, cool whip, or ice cream on top. That is optional.

I love to cook, so most are from my head. Some are basics that I have changed to my liking.

Thank you for another tasty recipe. I´ll give it a try tomorrow. Have to do the shopping first. I also really like hot pineapple with honey on it. Never thought of adding cinnamon and sugar though (lack of imagination). I´ll add these two ingredients and some wipped cream. It´s an easy to prepare recipe and ideal for someone like me who´s always craving for something sweet. +++ Bless you Dana

That sounds so good, I wish I had a can of pineapple. I was just thinking of having something sweet. I will have to settle for a donut, darn.

Hot fruit is getting to be better known. This is good for a change and possibly able to be done on the grill for this summer coming up. Bet you could save some fat and calories with spray pam in the pan. Also diatetic sugar instead of the real empty stuff. Thanks for sharing this, will have to keep this one handy.

This and the peach desert would be awesome with waffles. I'm trying this for a special Sunday Brunch. What wonderful toppings these would make.
