How often do you drink milk?

Uncertainly, I usually drink hot milk in winter, especially I feel tired, I would drink a glass of milk before I go to bed. I feel that drink milk before sleep can makes me relax and easy to sleep and sleep well.

Well, my husband and I (we are 50 and 51) go through a full gallon of milk every other day. We like it PLAIN, thanks :) But since Hubby's middle has begun to expand, we have gone to 2% .... It really is difficult to tell the difference between 2% and whole milk, especially once you spend a week or two adjust to it, by the way.

I usually drink milk twice a day. They give us a little carton of milk at school with our lunch and I usually have a glass of milk with my dinner. I always drink white milk because I don't like chocolate milk... not a huge fan of anything that's a chocolate liquid.

I really only have milk on my cereal most days. Sometimes I will have a glass with dinner instead of soda. I should drink more milk, since I like it and it is healthier, but soda cans and water bottles are so much more portable and you don't have to worry about it spoiling. I don't usually drink chocolate milk, unless it is hot chocolate in the winter.

I like milk alot, Actually i drink milk daily twice that too regularly. Milk as got more vitamins then any other artifical drink.

I only drink plain milk when I have cereal..or when I have a stomachache..I prefer chocolate milk..I don't know why, but it just tastes so much better..I tried strawberry and that was good too..but give me chocolate any day...

If possible I like to drink milk 3 times a time but there are days when I forget.

I am not a big milk drinker at all . The only time I will drink whole milk at all is when I am pregnant and only because I know the baby needs it . I do buy chocolate milk once in awhile but don't drink it very often even though I do like it just because I know it won't last long and the children and my husband really like it so I tend to leave it for them as for strawberry milk , I have never tried it and don't think I ever will . I tend to eat a lot of milk products especially cheese though so I get my milk intake in on most days even without drinking milk at all .

I do not drink milk. It makes me sick to my stomach. Which is weird since i can eat stuff with milk in it like cheese, ice cream, yogurt, etc. I don't know why it makes me sick.

When I was a kid I drank a LOT of milk. For whatever reason, when I became an adult, I got away from it and haven't had a glass of milk or even a bowl of cereal in years.
