When was the last time you were truely happy?

I have been so busy lately with work and my home life, today is the first day i have had off in over two weeks, there has been lots of tension at work which is really playing with my mood, and it got me thinking about when was the last time i truely felt happy and i was completely stuck for an answer, i cant remember the last time i smiled a genuine smile, laughed a genuine laugh and just felt a genuine sense of happiness and contentedness.
So i was wondering, do others feel like this sometimes?
can you remember the last time you felt genuinely happy? and if yes then can you tell me about it

The last time I was truely happy was when I gave birth to my soon last year.
I'd never ever felt happiness like it, and haven't been happier since. Its a truely amazing feeling

I am one of those annoying people who is very content and happy about 99% of the time. Life is too short and has too much to offer to let it just slip by. If you don't like something change it.

OMG, i'm sitting here with a cuppa, i've had my medication so i'm pretty relaxed at the moment and I can't think of the last time I was happy and contented. Perhaps it was in January when hubby and I had a balloon flight for his 50th. I always feel happy and contented when I snuggle up to him and our little old Jack Russell in bed at night! LOL

a couple days ago.....and most days actually but for the past 2 goin on 3 days I've been in serious physical pain so my happy is kinda on the backburner right now....

The last time i was genuinely happy was when I got a job offer. It happened just a week ago. Many placement offers used to come and go, but i cud nt clear any of them. Finally i managed to, and that moment i was truely happy. Infact i was on top of the world.

its not the case with you only,i think many of the people would think the same question.i myself has also realised that i am really damm busy.i really cant remember when the last time i was happy!i think it was 6-7 months before when i heared that my brother is getting married.it really made me feel happy but since then i dont think that there has been any moment that made me feel happy.everyone in this world tries to find happiness this way or that way but its really tough task to deal with.

Hmm that happens, we get so caught up with our routine lives that we forget to do something as simple as smiling. I think the last time I was genuinely happy was when my hubby told me I could go visit my parents overseas and stay with them for more than a month. :) I've been away from them for over a year and a half now and miss them a lot. Back where I come from girls stay with parents till they get married, so its a good attachment to parents. I still smile at the thought of visiting home, I'm looking forward to it!:)

I can still remember the time when i won a pageant in our school. It was last february 13 when i won the title Ms. College of Science 2007 and it really made me happy because without any expectations i won. But im hoping that it won't be the last time that i'll be happy.
