losing at least 2 lbs per week..

do you think this is ok? or I am making it too slow. I don't want to do it drastically like lose 6 lbs per week and then fail..:( I am into low carb diet and walking is my only exercise, this is not just for having a nice body but am doing this for my health, hoping to have a balance hormones and be pregnant soon. what do you think?

Losing 2 pounds within 2 weeks shows a good result indeed.The most important here is that your body is always in good shape and you were able to perform daily activities without stressing yourself.

yeah, that's why I only do walking for now, I don't want to stress my self too much into shedding some pounds off. I'm looking for long term result anyway, thanks romel!

I think you are very slow if concerened with weight loss program . All you can do is cut off some calories from your food. Start eating more salads and get on protein diet. As now you are hoping to be pregnant I feel you shouldn't go for diet anymore.

thank you friend, It's my doctors advice that I lose some weight and limit my carbohydrates intake-it's because of hormonal imbalance.I'll do eat more salad! thank you again!

Losing 1 to 2 per week is healthy. Check out http://WomensHealthMadeEasy.blogspot.com There's a site regarding women's pregnancy that might be of some help to you. I know some people that used it and liked it very much.

2 lb a week is very good You don't want to lose too fast or you will hurt your body and if you are on too hard a diet , when you stop your diet you will gain it back the best way is the slow way ... change your eating habit and instead of a "diet" think about a health plan ... change the way you eat , eat better, not necessary less and you will lose weight, slowly but durably ... showing off on the beach is great but why not being able to show off all year long ? think about it If you need help check this site : http:/iamhere2help.mysite.com/about.html and good luck to you

I think you should be thrilled at 2 pounds a week and honestly it is much healthier and will most likely stay off better by doing it slower.
