What part of your body can music moves?

All parts can be moved if im dancing. But if im just sitting on my chair, a head movement like nodding and drumming using my hands are what I mostly do. How about you? Do you do the same? There are really musics that can make you move especially those high tempo or fast musics.

I'm not really the dancing type so my body dosen't really move to the music :-) Sometime my feet can jump a little under my chair.
