I think my favorite House episode still has to be "Three Stories". The writing was tight and bright, the weaving of the plots and the schedule of reveals was very well done, and we got to see House at his teaching (and investigative) best! I really liked that we were able to see how he teaches people he's never met: it really isn't that he hates his Ducklings or has no respect for them, he's able to separate respect for people from respect for stupid ideas. He was professional, in his own way, with these students, and was able to really teach without softening the subject. Also the whole "How do you practice that?" bit about telling people they're going it die was both funny and poignant. I really enjoyed the classroom scenes, and the scenes with Stacy weren't bad either... though I never did like it when they tried to make her a whiner.

I absolutely love three stories. I think it is one of the best episodes I have seen so far and i'm a big fan of House (I say big, I mean massive). The others have been good but this is my favourite.

I have to agree with lonewolfnan. Every episode is unique and enjoyable and is my favorite until the next one materializes. I did really enjoy the one with Dave Matthews as a savant. And the ones where House was in trouble with the law. And the one where he was fighting over the parking spot with the lady in the wheelchair. And last night when he catheterized himself. Get the picture? :)

Haven't seen an unfavourite one yet. I particularly liked the ones where the cop was trying to nail him, but really so far every episode has been a classic as far as I am concerned. Hugh Laurie has played many different parts in the past of course, but I think Greg House is the highlight of his career, and the one he'll be remembered for......... I read somewhere that he is feeling very homesick now though, because his family is back home in the UK, and he's missing them...... hope he isn't thinking of dropping out yet.

Hi SilentRose! That would be a hard decision for me to make. I've liked them all! I could say the one about the girl that didn't feel pain was the one that shocked me the most, but it was still pretty amazing & gross at the same time. The most recent one always leaves me wanting more and it's very difficult to wait sometimes, especially when I have to go weeks between episodes. ~:0 Darn those pesky interruptions! LOL

Responds of others were really, really, really true. (sigh) House is great. You can't even say that there's an episode which you can least like. Every episode is unique, informative and entertaining. I just want to quote one episode: the episode of a little girl, a swimmer, who happens to be pregnant.

They are all great. I would have to believe that my fav would be when that young kid came in and he was all religious and he thought he could heal people but he really wasnt.

I think the one that I liked best as called "three stories". In fact, that is what got me hooked on the show to begin with. It showed how his problems started with his leg and the pills. I also liked the one with the jazz singer that thought he had MS or something like that. But, instead, it was something pressing on his spinal cord. He came into the hospital barely able to move and not walk, and later he walked right out.

Is "Three Stories" the one where we get the backstory on House? If it is, than that one os by far my favorite. First of all, it's funny because you get all House's comments about Carmen Elektra, but it's also one of those few times where you get to learn a lot about why House is the way that he is. Sure, he's a jerk, but I think he taught those students a lot that day and I love how he figured out the lead problem with the regular teacher's mug.

Well I love all the episodes so it's very hard to choose one that I like the most, maybe "Autopsy" where Chase kisses the little girl, it's such a touching episode. I love "Three Stores" too! When I saw it, I finally understood the past of House and his pain problems. I loved the one with the girl that couldn't feel pain. I learn so many new things on House!

I would have to jump on the "Three Stories" bandwagon. That episode is just so creative with POV jumping and major revelation relevent to the overarching plot of the whole series. I would even jump out and say that is the best episode of any TV series that I have seen...
