Can we still personalize our own Profile?

Well, I'm not talking about editing here, I know that's an easy task to do here. What I'm talking about is, how can we personalize it the way we want it to. Like putting up our own backgrounds, music preferrence, layouts, etc..
I'm kinda lost here, I don't know where to copy and paste the codes.
Can anyone help me here?

lOOK FOR THE AREAS MARKED "SORTIES" IN THE EDIT PLACE. sOMETHING LIKE THAT. iN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNERS ARE HIDDEN EDIT BUTTONS. mOVE THE MMOUSE OVER IT AND IT SHOWS. tHATS WHERE YA CAN ADD THE html CODES ETC. tHATS ABOUT ALL i KNOW RIGHT NOW. happy postings from grandpa bob !!

honestly...
i do HTML and some CSS codes for profile...
and had made some web pages for designs and other fans site..
and i say this format...
this new format...
will only confuse people...
if me myself, IT, who knew web design.. cant get what is the use for the add column and row..
how much more people..
i didnt edit my profile, i made it the same..
i dont want to experiment either..
if its in RSS or CSS,
and the best in HTML,
as simplest, it would be the best..
its easier..
and its fun..
the pages will be oriented in on margin.. not this one..
it will add many boxes of complications and will only makes the whole page confusing and populated..
i really am glad mylot changed and improved a lot..
but this one, i say it not perfectly wholesome for everyone..

and its constructive and not destructive, since we need to voice out and let our hearts be heard as we are loyalist and loving of this community..

Ok I just got back this evening I figured it out, my image bakcground work and even my background music but my problem now is how to make my left menu panel and the main container transparent.
The other sub container can be set as transparent but its no use! the main container cannot! grrrr... anyway I hope someone can help me.. or if all else fails I will ask the mylot admin hehehe...

I never used backgrounds and music in the old design, actually I didn't know how some members did it, i thought maybe it was for the 500 and above points or something, I did some editing to my new profile now and I like the HTML option, I will keep experimenting with it in the coming days and will see how it goes.
