So long farewell...I hate say goodbye!!

Ok before you think I'm threatening to leave mylot for hundreds of reasons, let me tell you I'm not..lol I am going away for a while and wanted to let all my friends here know that I will not be active as before.
I'm planning to visit my parents overseas in mid-April and will be with them till the end of May. I'm meeting my parents and the rest of the family after almost a year and a half, I'm also going back to my homeland after this time. I do have internet access there but I might not be able to come on here often as I will have other things to do.
I did think of sending a private message to those on my friends' list but the thought of sending 130+ messages put me off. I thought it would be better to start a discussion as this is quicker and the faster I get things done now the better!:) I have just a little over 2 weeks before I leave, and have so much shopping and packing to do.
I want to take this opportunity to let everybody know that being a part of mylot has been my best online experience ever and I've made friends here more than anywhere else. I'm grateful for your support and encouragement all along:) I may or may not come back to mylot since I might find a full time job after I come back from my trip, so I thought this is the best time to let everyone know...I don't want my friends to think I disappeared all of a sudden! ;-D
I will still continue to post(I think) so don't be surprised if my numbers are going up..lol It's not my ghost, its me alright!
Ok enough of this melodramatic discussion,hehe..just want to say goodbye and good luck to all of you here.

Well dear I will certainly miss you but sounds like a wonderful trip. I will be keeping you in my prayers and do look forward to hearing from you. Enjoy your vacation, time with family, relax, and best wishes with the job.

Well, that discussion title sure caught my eye!
But gosh, you may or may NOT come back. Oh.. even if you get a full-time job, I am sure you still can pop by occasionally. At least once a week over the weekend should be a bare minimum! :P

Oh that is good that you are not leaving for good. Oh I am so happy for you, you must be so excited to see them after such a long time being away from family is horrible I know I was away from mine as well for a year as well. Of course you will be busy catching up with your family and friends but I will be happy to hear from you when you can. Yes it is always best do put this in a discussion. So good luck my friend and keep us up to date as to how you are going and what you are doing when you can. Your friend always xx

awww there are surely a lot of us here who'll be missing you, greengal. You've been one of my inspirations (this is not to flatter you and ask you to stay though..hehehe) here when I first joined and barely knew anyone here except my friend who referred me here.
but even then, here's some hugs and wishes for your safe trip...enjoy your some sorta family reunion and hope to still see your numbers increasing, though not as fast as ever..lol

It's not a long time though that I had you on my friends list, greengal but I do consider you as one of the great people here on mylot..especially those posts when you are very vigilant on protecting mylot and everyone here from those cheaters who tried to mess this site up..lol
I'm sure there's a lot of us who will miss you... but here's some prayers for your safe trip..enjoy and hope to see you drop by once in a while. Godbless!

Hi there! I hope you will have a good vacation it is so fun to be here in Mylot but for me it is better to have a good vacation with your family good that you will going to visit your parents. You gonna miss Mylot but I'm sure you will have a great time with your parents so good luck.

Well, I sure hope that u will have a great time on your trip, it must be nice to go and visit your family after beeing separated for so long.

Yeah, greengal, come back. I'd hate to think we were losing someone who really can contribute. (Sorry for not being more "responsive" myself, I've just unavoidablyt done a month or so of, um, er,... personal renovation.)

I will miss you while you are gone!!6 weeks with out seeing your beautiful baby or reading your wisdom. I hope I can keep up with the other group we are on with out your help!;o}
It is good though that you are going to get to see your parents! I hope you have a wonderful time and take lots of pic.s to put on your profile so we can see some of the sites you got to enjoy.
I am sure you will find a few moments when you get back to check in. I do even when I am working full time, and not laid off for a few days.
I will not forget you while you are away, and I will not delete friends for not responding, so you will still be on my list when you get back!

I'm happy for you. Having a break after all the things you've done is such a great thing to be out of the site. I'm sad that you will be not that often in here for some reasons but I know that is for your own good. You are one of the people in here that I found as treasure, for you give me enough reason to stay in here. It is true that there are lots of good people in this site. Friends are all over this place. I have no regrets of joining this site. You showed me the true essence of a great friendship through your support and good ideas that you share to me. I hope we will have the chance to meet up in the future. Happy trip. And good luck to your new career.

I'd hate to be away from my family for even a month never mind a year and a half. I wish you well and I'm sure the visit will be a very good one !!! It sounds like you are going to have a lovely long holiday visiting your parents. I am sure you must miss them and are looking forward to seeing them. I could not come here all last week as my computer had broken and I had real withdrawel symptoms so beware you might find you miss being online more than you imagine. Also good luck in the new job if that is what you decide.

farewell..it reminds me there will very soon of my graduate..now as a senior at school..i spend my time sleeping and be in a daze for a long time..
you also make me recall that memory when i was standing in a forum for a long time..i posted and responsed articals at that forum..make friends through that forum and keep a good friendship..then..some special reasons forced me to leave that forum..well..farewell is sad..i leave that forum in a suddent not tell anyone of my dear friend in that forum..since now..it is a long time i leave there..
do my friends still remeber me if i came back...?
i canot help myself suffering and missing them much..
