Am I really helping my friends here at Mylot? Can you tell me how?

Hi friends and newcomers who may want to be friends with me. I am just wandering if I am doing a good job here by reponding to your discussions? I want to help you all here as much as I want to help myself. I am wandering if you think I am doing a good job for you.
Am I responding to you enough?
Are we friends yet?
Am I giving you the quality you are looking for?
Am I helping you get through things?
I don't have alot of discussions here, but I do try to do my best in responding to the ones I have started. I also try to respond to all of my friends discussions that I can relate to. I choose a best response and I rate all of my diiscussions. Do you think that is helping you? Can you tell a difference in earnings when some of your other friends are not active for a day or so?
Please let me know if you think my quality is suffice.

I only start discussions when I have something and at the moment there is a lot but no doubt I will soon run out again for a week or so lol
So do not worry you are doing great and I like you as my Friend it is not just about responding and that it is about support and being there

You are a great friend and I feel your absence on a monday lol..I feel great when I see your blue avatar pop up on my discussions and I have only the best to say about you here to every one..You have been a great friend and I give you an A++++++++ for this great discussion which I hope I can give an adequate response to. Although I think that I cannot give the best response that you deserve I can only give you BIG THANKYOU frommy heart..THANKYOU FRIEND for all the support you have given me and the qhality replies to my discussions.

Thank you very much for that very nice compliment. It is going to be hard for me to choose a best response here for this topic. All of my friends are so nice. I miss you all on Sundays and Mondays too. It is so nice to hear nice things said to me and I am so glad that I am helping someone other than myself. You are very welcome for everything and I am glad to continue to help everyone of you here.

I don't start a lot of discussions either but you have always answered with quality and thoughtfulness to my discussions. Much appreciated.
Yes you are on my friends list and I see you around the forum so not just in my discussions. Great job. Keep up the excellent work. :)

It's kinda funny that you posted this today. Yes, we are friends but earlier today I was going through all my friends and realized there were a lot that I haven't heard from in it seems like ages. While doing this I found that about 15 of my friends the notification was turned 'off'. I always set my friends so I get notified when they start a new discussion and I have no idea how these got turned off - you were one of them :( So, now your turned back on and you'll be hearing from me more :)

I have found some of my friends were also turned off to alert me when they start a new discussion. I went through my pages and made sure all of them were turned to the ON position too. Thanks alot for the compliment. It is greatly appreciated.

I would like to be your friend. I am new here and have starteda few discussions, but I never get any response. I try to participate and jump in where I think I can give some insight. My earnings are creeping at a snail's pace, but I guess I don't spend enough time here. I am going to start putting in more time and see if that helps.

I put alot of time into Mylot and I try to put alot of quality in here also. the more you post and respond, does affect how much you make. I hope it starts to pick up for you soon. Good luck.

hon as long as you answer my discussions with whatever you have on your heart, I am happy, yes that is the way to help each other, respond to discussions that way we all make money and good friendships too.

I usually just reply as well. I do start some discussions of my own, but not that many =)
I try to help out as many friends as I can but still the subject needs to interest me somehow or I can not write quality - wich is most important to me.
I am interested in alot of things though, so usually there are no problem finding good discussions =)

I don't recall seeing around my discussions much. I don't worry about it though. I don't seem to get to many of yours either. I could use my friends help in maintaining the 10 star. I do hope my friends reply with 3 or more lines since that will enable them to earn more. I think you are fine and keep doing what you have been and you will continue to be fine. Hi Willowlady. We have been friends for quite some time now. I remeber getting your discussions and replying to as many as I can. I also rate you too. I am willing to help you out with the responses and ratings if I can relate to the topics you posts. I hope to be able to help you out more with whatever you need. There isn't any gold memberships here. It would be nice though. Especially if you got free referrals and extra earnings for paying to upgrage. You may want to write to Mylot and suggest it.

As long as you're responding to as many posts as possible and giving everyone on myLot a fair rating then you're doing just fine. There's no way we can answer all the threads started here because often it will be a subject that just simply doesn't apply to us. For me it's movies. I am not a TV person in fact if I lived alone I'dnever own a television, so obviously I don't discuss movies, something I know nothing about. If someone answers your post and you like the answer rate that with a + and that's about all I have to offer for advice. I hope everyone remember to rate the posts because we all need our ratings and I would like to see myLot stay strong. Take Care...

Hi Grandmaof2. I give all of my discussions that I start or reply to a fair rating. I am only here to help others and myself. I truly do not want to hurt anyone here. I only respond to discussions that I can realte to also. I have a hard time with the recipe ones and things like that because I truly do not know how to make a quality response to those. I believe we all do need our ratings also. Mine went down one point over night for some reason or another.

Actually that happens, I was a blue star 98/100 and I went down and have no idea why. I rate my friends also. I'm not the only one I had others say the same thing. Good to have you on my friends list !!!

i think that helps alot. i try to do the same thing. i havent made alot of friends here yet but i hope to do so. i hope the same things you do. i love mylot it is fun and you get a good feeling when someone says thank you that helps or you made me smile etc. keep up the good work. i havent made alot of money here like 20 cents a day. i have alot of discussions that have no response and etc but i try.

Hi easymoney. As time goes by, you will make alot of good friends here. I have all of my friends alerts turned on so I receive all of their discussions in my email inbox. I respond to all of them that I can relate to and I also rate them. I will check out your discussions and see if I can relate to yours also. I am willing to help you earn more. That is what it is all about here. Friends helping friends out. I try to post discussions and repsond to as many as I can each day. It does help your earnings go up alot. It also helps if you can type about 6 lines of wording or more on your responses that you make. I hope you earn more soon. Best wishes. Thanks.

Thank you krembolizer. I have requested your friendship at Mylot today. I think all of us friends can help each other out with anything. Makes some discussions and reply with quality to ther members and your friends will grow along with your earnings. It is also easier to turn all of your friends alerts to on so you will get all of their discussionsin your email inbox daily.

I don't start many discussions and the ones I do don't really get big responses. Mostly I am happy to get whatever off my mind and see if anyone feels the same or has the same problem. Generally, I am content answering my friends discussions if I feel like I can make a quality contribution. I mostly like to feel like I am making a difference and don't care so much about the earnings. It is a few bucks a month and doesn't really buy anything anyway.

I can definitely understand that. It takes alot of time, effort and posting to make your earnings worth while. I do enjoy the discussions also but I have to earn online every day to help support my family. I do have problems also sometimes and it is very nice to know that so many people here are willing to help out with that.

Of course it helps to be friends. You are on my friends list too. We help each other out by responding to each others posts, rating posts, picking best answers, etc. I know I look through the list of "discussions my friends started" and I answer those ones first, because I think that's what the friends list is for!!

Hi cassidy22. I think you are very right. Friends here at Mylot can truly help one another by rating, choosing a best response and responding to each others discussions. I think all of us friends have true intentions for one another and that is a very good thing for all of us. I try to help all of my friends and I know they are doing the same for me.

I really appreciate the fact that you give a response to most if not all of my discussions. I don't post a whole lot of new ones as I would rather respond to others. Also, you take the time to make a good response rather than a one liner. Please, keep it up.
I don't get to be on the computer much each day, but when I do I check out my friends posts first.

Hello. I requested your friendship just now. I have 11 referrals and only 2 of them are active. I can't even contact the other referrals because they have not accepted me to their friends list. If you have a referral, check and see if they accepted you for a friend and contact them. Send them a welcome message and see if they need some help.
You can increase your earnings by posting to alot of discussions, rating discussions, adding friends, posting with quality, and starting your own discussions.
Doing all of those things will increase your earnings. It is hard to get a good active referral. some of mine joined and that is it.
