altogether will get stars[in mylot. however to get star, you have to strive to response minimum discussion 100. if you have replied minimum discussion one hundred, you'd automatically will obtain star. however to get highest star, you have to strive harder again to reach for the the popularity by replying discussion better so that you get
"respond best" for your answer as much as possible.

I just answered it on your question on my discussion. You are at 76 now, 24 more posts later when you hit 100 posts, you will see the star. And the number inside will be your reputation. 1 being the lowest, 10 being the highest. ;-)

You get it when you post 100 posts. The higher the number, the better your responses have been rated.

As others have said, you have to have reached 100 posts to get your star. Basically, it represents how the Mylot community is rating you. A 10 star is the highest. Don't worry if you don't get a 10 right away because some people aren't fair in how they rate people. But, you should do OK.

you are 24 posts away from the star. Yoy will have it once you get 100 posts, and by that time , you will also have a rating beside your star which represents your quality of discussions, the star or rating will not affect your earnings. But i think it is better to have a ood rating than a low one.

the stars here in myLot represents your answers and ratings here in mylot. it has a number from one (as the lowest) to ten (as the highest).
first you have to get to that 100 spot to have a star. don't worry borzack! you are too near for that so keep on posting more quality answers. good luck! XP

quality answer are those answers that can make the reader think of it. it is not just an answer, it is an answer unique to every answers. something like that he he. sorry for the delay.

but how do myLot admin determine it to calculate our earnings? do they go through our response one by one? i don't think it's possible! perhaps they have an algorithm like how many character, how many lines, certain keyword incorporated in the response or things like that... but how can that algorithm determind it's quality or not? i'm still confused.

You want a star? Well here is a tip. Responde to discussions very very often. Start quality discussion topics and comment on other peoples response as well as you responding quality response to other peoples discussion.
Oh ya, upload lots of pics too. But frankly for me i don't have time to do that since it is only 1 cent per pic. So i just reply as much as possible than waste time uploading pics.

well thank you for your tips :) i'm not aware that commenting also count toward the calculation of our earnings, because it doesn't reflect the 'no of posts' above our avatar when we made a comment, does it? when i started a discussion i noticed the 'add image' function. i will try to upload related image more after this. i also noticed that some of other people's comments also attached with an image, but when i commented, i never saw the 'add image' function, why is that? anyway, thanks again for your useful tips :)
