chocolate mousse

1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1---8 oz box cream cheese, softened
1 small tub whipped cream
1 tsp vanilla
Mix cocoa and powdered sugar until well blended. Add cream cheese, whipped cream and vanilla and mix with an electric mixer on high until smooth and creamy.
Great served as a pie in a graham cracker crust, or serve as individual desserts.

Not much time at all. I soften my cream cheese in the microwave on LOW heat until it's smooth. This keeps you from having lumps of cream cheese.

you are welcome. I have heard tales that if you'll eat it and wash it down with a diet soda, that it will take all the calories away! lol. I wish it worked that way don't you?

This is great. I made it for the last banquet I catered and put it into edible chocolate shells. They were wonderful.

Thank you very much for this. This is excellent for the hot months coming up. We are at a loss at times for a treat when we have not gone anywhere for a time and a dessert like this is one that will help us out. Appreciate you sharing this with all of Mylot and for me ane mine.
