Last Saturday, my hubby and I went to a chinese restaurant. I orderd for their Lomi, a chinese noodle soup. It like it when it's steamingly hot. They're one of my favorites. I've been eating them since I've lived in a chinese country for 3 years.

instant noodle is not healthy, but the fresh chinese noodle i can say it is rock. I love to eat the chinese noodle added in my wonton soup. It is very taste and can make you full even if you only take a small amount of them. Have you ever try the wonton soup? it is made from the wonton - chicken and shrimp, vege (green bok choy), spring onion, some herbs - shallots, garlic, ginger, and chicken stock. taste very delicious..

There is a kind of noodle called dan-dan noodle in Sichuan food... I don't know how to describe the taste, but I can say that you'll never forget it once you eat it...
