I would like to convey my appreciation & two of my friends, the timely reply & manner of response via myLot contact us messaging. It just shows, the high level of professionalism that manages this community of strangers who came together in congregation of similar passion. It also shows the ubiquitous active participation of moderators & to myLot admin & staff. Again, thank you.

You are real lucky to get a reply from myLot. You need to go buy lottery or something. It is rare for someone to praise the admin and you are one of them. Serious.

WOW, you know what? myLot *just* replied to 2 of my messages. I think they must be on a message clearing sprees now.
MyLot replies are so precious. I frame them all up. lol

Well, i guess im just one of those you may call "lucky". To be honest with you, when i appreciate people, i realized long time ago its best done one way - anyway its still people behind them, not to patronize them since i do still expect them to do their stuff effectively & efficiently as best as possible. Also i do expect that if i'll really be into this business i have to expect a whack out of nowhere from time to time, i guess it comes with the territory.
Lastly, i do appreciate your voice on situations like this. Keeps the community more believable. Again thank you for your responses, im lookin forward to them.

I just feel very strongly about replies going unanswered.
If you run a business (like e.g. myLot), you must reply to 100% of the mails within a reasonable amount of time. In real time, we know that emails might sometimes get wrongly classified as spam - so they might be "lost".
But if we message myLot, the message cannot be lost. So there is really no excuse for them not to reply. You may take longer to reply - that's not ideal but at least if you still reply no matter how long, you won't lose your credibility.
Currently, messaging myLot is like playing lottery - you don't know if and when they are going to reply.

Yes; Mylot is indeed managed very well. They pay on time and are Honest in whatever they do .

I'm glad mylot responded to you lone, sometimes they take longer than usual to respond. Of course that is understandable because they have lots of other issues to look into as well. I've written to mylot on several occasions and I've been lucky enough to get them to respond back. It does feel good that they are reading what we send them.:)
