I've just been in a discussion where one of the tags was "abuse". The Ebay advertisment under the responses has the same tags in it's search bar - our exact tags! - and it cames up with goods for sale re: "abuse". So, we are encouraged to post in "our interests". Ok, we do that. Then we are encouraged to ad tags. Ok, we do that. Then, we get ads in the same categories as our interests. That is so clever. Whoever thought that up is a genius. Cheers Mate...amazing!

A marketing genius, perhaps. When I do searches, I often get invited to shop Amazon for whatever I am searching for, whether it is something available or not. That is even on my non mylot searches.

Very clever indeed and if it encourages more people to tag discussions then the better it will be for all of us.

I noticed that too! Pretty amazing! I agree that I hope more people post in their discussions and add tags - if it helps generate revenue for MyLot.. then it works for me. Anything to give us a chance to earn more money is o.k. in my book. So simple to do too. Everyone should!
