I have cooked meatloaf so many diffrent ways, but I think my favorite way is, with a whole bunch of brown sugar in it! And then mix brown sugar with ketchup and put it on top. Its really good, and gets nice ad crispy. And I think the brown sugar makes it stay moist as well. Yum!

I make my meatloaf 3 different ways. Depends on my mood. My standard recipe is, hamburger, onions, green bell peppers, 1 or 2 eggs, dry Italian breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano & I top it off with tomato paste, and I sprinkle a little extra oregano on top.

for me i just directly cook meatloaf in a non-stick skillet to avoid more oil into our diet . . . or sometimes i will dredge it with beaten egg and flavored bread crumbs then bake . so healthy and great in flavor to come out also !

I am not a big fan of ketchup but love meatloaf. I use Picante sauce or Salsa & sometimes Con Queso Dip in place of ketchup. My family eats it like they haven't eaten in years so I assume they enjoy it too.
