Are you honest?

Yeah i am honest person. I take pride in being honest. As honesty is really the best policy. As to hide one lie one has to speak 100 lies which i am not good at. lol. I like to have my inner peace, clear conscience that is important to me. I know one has to face lot of hardships and maybe taking longer route to success but it is worth that's my personal experience. As dishonesty doesn't pay at the end. Isn't it ironical some people think it is okay to speak white lies if they can get away. But dont' like dishonest people. For me lie is lie whether it is balck or white. Good luck. Happy posting. :)

We should be honest. But sometimes we have to tell a lie, a white lie. When telling a white lie, i just do it for him or her, not for myself. Perhaps, we cannot avoid tellig lies in our lives.

i could say i prepared to be honest than lying which i know it would end up commiting a sin.. i dont believe in white lie or whatever color it is? LIE IS LIE and definitely it is a SIN.. i choose open rebuke if we really care the person its better to open rebuke them so they can realize what their doing is wrong.

I can be an honest person to some degree. We have to admit that there will be a time when lying is needed. I can be straight with my few close friends and family members. My way of lying is if its about myself and my situation. If a person become privy to my life, then its time for me to start saying a few white lies. It really depends on whom I talking to.

in my opinion honesty does not means never telling a lie. honesty means to tell everything or accepting the things as they are. i am really an honest person. i never like to tell lie even when i know that the truth becomes harmful to me or i am wrong or i have done some mistakes then also i like to tell the truth. the reason is that one lie makes u to speak 100s or 1000s of lies. by accepting ur mistakes and by not telling lie many times u will become more valuable in the eyes of others. by speaking lie u can shelter urself only for some times but by speaking true, it may be that people hate u or dislike u for some time but it always works. everyone would like to value u. they knew ur nature and make faith on u. they take it granted for some times if u r wrong in some matter if u r honest. every one like an honest person even if the person who likes honesty tells lie to other. by telling truth i face some major difficulties but in the long time i realise that no i were right by telling the truth. honesty becomes a person more valuable and more faithful than a person telling lie

A person should try to be honest all the time but that does not mean that he/she should never speak lie as when the situation demands a person should be ready to lie.A lie does not always mean you are doing wrong it can be done for many good reasons also and we do come acroos many such situations in our life when lying really helps someone in a good way.

I beleive I am an honest person to an extent. I will tell you the truth rather than to tell you a lie. I have beat around the bush a few times to avoid hurting someones feelings. I think honesty itself has its own meaning and no I don't think it means never telling a full lie. I think white lies are lies that are told that are not very harsh. They are not just a blatant lie to hurt someone. I think it is better to tell the truth rather than to tell a lie. Once you start telling lies, you have to tell more to cover them all up.

The term white lie does not change the fact that it still is a lie. There is no such thing. I am a honest person and I tell the truth no matter what the consequences. Always keep in mind if you tell one lie than you have to tell another to cover up that lie and so on and on. I have seen this happen to a friend of mine. When she finally came clean her friend was furious with her and wanted to know why she just didn't tell him the truth to begin with. He told her he couldn't trust her know matter what her reason was for lying.

Yes I am (sometimes) LOL. Honesty is the best policy. We don't like a liar isn't it? and we hate if somebody lied to us. A lie whether white or black is still a lie. Be honest always..the truth will set us free.
