Check out http://WomensHealthMadeEasy.blogspot.com There are some good sources in there that helped my friend lose a lot of weight. You need to focus on a healthy diet and exercise. You're going to have to dig deep and stay disciplined with your diet. Maybe having a schedule with regards to your diet will help you stay motivated. Good luck!

Some of us need to worry less about WHAT we eat and more about how much we eat. Sometimes you just have to start losing the weight before you're encouraged to eat more healthy foods. But how do you do that without changing what you eat? I use the Hacker's Diet. You can find it at http://www.fourmilab.ch/hackdiet/www/hackdiet.html , and it's a lot of reading that sometimes doesn't seem to have anything to do with weight loss, but you will see by the end that he does have a point, and it's all relevant. He doesn't try to sell you a single thing, he's just giving an in-depth look at how he did it and how he maintains the weight loss. And it makes a lot of sense to me. He does provide a spreadsheet to use, but I found and modified a different one that is simpler to use but does what you need. Message me if you're interested in it and I can send you a copy. Hang in there. I have about twice as much weight to lose as you, but I really think I'll do it, and so will you.
