Have you ever taken part in any lucky draws, e.g. when you see some lucky barrels in the shopping center, are you going to put a ticket in if the draw is for everyone? Have you ever won any things? If you need to buy more than $100 to get a ticket which you will get a chance to win a few thosuand or a gift ,will you try to buy more and make it to hundred? 'I am not that lucky in those draws, so i do not even put a ticket in the barrel even the draw is for everyone. My friend told me one guy in USA is a 'professional'person who had taken part in all the draws he knowsm and he had won alot of prizes in the past 30 years...Do you really think these draws are fair to eveyone or are they only promotions which the prizes and the winners may not existed .

Funny you should ask. About two months ago we had a contest within the grocery store and you had to save these little stickers about the size of a postage stamp. You had to lick them like you would a stamp and stick them to this collector card in the right places and when you got the card filled with the right sticker you won the item. You could win a bag of potatoe chips, a pop, a t.v, a camera, 50.00 gift certificate or groceries for a year. I never heard of anyone winning anything but low and behold I won the 50.00 grocery certificate. I sent it in over a month ago and now they say it's lost and they asked me to send it in. I had already sent it in but lucky for me I had showed it to the owner of the store and he saw it for himself so now I finally got a call saying they would send the certificate to the store and I'll get the 50 dollars worth of groceries. I kept a photo copy, this is always a good idea.

No I have never had any luck with the draws that I see in the shopping centres. I have been in a couple of these type. But I have been in other draws where you answer competitions for which I have won a prize, and also one competition which was from an orange juice and I won a video recorder so I think that some of these kind of things you can win and also my friends have won.

Hi easy, yes i have put my name in those draws and never won anything...I did get a call though wanting me to sign up for something or they want you to buy something...No I wouldn't buy a ticket for $100.00 to win thousands because i would just lose that hundred.I am not lucky whatsoever..I think they are only promotions to try to get you to buy something else.I feel they do this to get names and addresses ans peoples phone numbers...

I don't usually win anything, or when I do it's small stuff. So I don't even remember to put the ticket in the barrel most of the times. My ex brother in law and his family, however, seem to win everything and then some. They won cars from I don't remember where, trips from radio shows, money from all kinds of things and places, It seems like every other month one of them wins something. They are a big family, 7 brothers and sister. The mom wins lots of stuff too, so I guess good luck runs in the family. They even won some contest that paid their mortgage for a year!!!!

Before i was not fond of joining contests or draws, etc. but about 7 years ago, i was out of a job for a few months so money was tight. My wife got a ticket to join a bingo game in her office. She was not feeling well the night of the bingo game and we almost did not got. But still we decided to go and it was the best decision we ever made. That night, we won the second largest cash prize which was equivalent to one month's salary for me. I believe God gave us that money since we were praying for it as we needed it badly. That is the biggest amount i have earned so far. Now, once in a while we join lotto games especially if the prize is already ridiculously high. it is really a great feeling to win something.

Sure....you feel good even you win 100 dollars. And I cannot imagine the feeling if I win money that is equivalent to one month's salary.

I have participated in many draws and raffles in my days and never win anything, not even a free lunch at a restaurant. It seems like everyone around me wins something but not me. I feel like that I am cursed or something. I do usually put my name into most drawings, especially the ones for a new car or a trip.

Oh...it seems that you are not really have that luck in the lucky draw.

I think someone wins if it is in the United States and the drawing is at a store. The US has laws against illegal raffles. I have never won anything so I do not participate anymore.

I don't believe in those lucky draws, and specially not in the draws that are going on over the net. The only person that can win money is the Admin himself, and there is almost no chance to the people who invest money in to win. The only thing is possible to win is sports bet, where you choose which team will be the winner in any sports game, and win money for it. It requires knowledge, and not luck.

I put my name in a draw and I got at least 100 phone calls from the company afterward. I will never do that again. It's like spam for goodness sake.

I think the prizes and winners exist, well at least in the US. I do not participate in them unless they are for a good cause or something. I have been cautious to complete this drawings forms, even if they are free. Many of them take you name and number then add you to their list to call. With response to gambling like the lottery and such. My grandma has played the Ohio lottery since it was born. She has yet to win the big one. Once my parents where one number away from the millions and get $1000. I do not play and heard that is best to invest that money rather than play the lotto and such.

Yep, I found this out the hard way. One time a romemate of mine and I went to a convention and got all this free stuff for filling out little cards with our name and phone number. The next month or so we noticed a spike in telemarketer calls.

I do not think its fair because, I have been notified in the past that I won 1,000,000 pounds lottery. I was happy and I thought I have gotten the opportunity of furthering my education. Infact, they asked me to send my details, but unfortunately, I havn't received any message from them. Thanks and have a nice day

hi,friend,Majority of draws are not properly organizing and there is no chance to become professional in this draws.Very few corporates conducting draws genuinely and the chances to win is purely based on chances.I don't participate in draws, but once i got SMALL GOLD COIN in SOAP[CINTHOL BAND]when i was bathing.

I´ve never participated in any lucky draws. First of all, beause I suspect that the prizes may not exist. Secondly, because I´ve never known anyone who´s ever won anything. And last but not least because I´ve been playing at the daily lottery (tickets are fairly cheap) and I´ve never won anything in five years. It doesn´t bother me because the money from the tickets goes to an institution for blind people.

I think it's upto one's Luck that counts. So many people I know having purchased the lottery ticket and nothing turned true. I have won prizes twice. Once it was a not a big one but a Digital Camera ammm yes I think. Other was a cash prize in local currency. What I felt just ... O! Am I Lucky? I don't know about USA how all the things happen? I will never go for ticket at the cost of 100 $ purchase. These are just tools to make the sale biggg. Have a good day & nice posting.

Hi, Eventhough I am not a good participator in draws etc etc. I can say that to some extend they are clever and god. Because I have seen some draws one by some of my friends and they have paid or deliverd the gifs and prizes correctly. There may be scams alwas as it is but t does not mean that all are scams like" there are scam sitebut it does not mean that mylot also is a scam site".

Although this is not really gambling but i'm not the gambling type, I don't feel lucky in this kind of draws and I don't like to join it, I feel it's just waste of money as the odds are too great for any significant win. I can't remember winning anything like this, but i didn't join much either, someone has to have a 'super' luck to be professional as the guy you mentioned :)

I believe there are somethign more than just luck, i mean those winners may get paid and talk about their feelings they win the first prize but the prize does not exist at all.
