Smoke eel fish, good for your health

only a few people have eat the smoke eel fish, because it is difficul to find and it is very expensive. You can cooking the eel fish by dried cabe (red cabe), black pepper can make you become strong in love

i never try the smoked eel nut i do eat the smoked catfish. In my country the small catfish always available at the stall and they smoked it. Some spices and herbs were used to marinade the catfish before smoke them. The taste so nice and we eat the smoked catfish with the dried shrimp paste mixed with chili and salt we called it sambal belacan. Taste very nice and you can eat them with the plain rice too.
