Thank you for the recipe, I really love the chocolate cakes. I just love the taste of the chocolate in the cake. I will surely try this recipe. I also like the steamed cake, have you ever try any steamed cake before? Steamed cake can be kept up to 1 month and they are more smooth. I have my steamed chocolate cake here for you to try out. Steamed Chocolate cake Ingredients 1 cup cocoa powder 1 cup granulate sugar 1 cup condense milk 1 cup meted butter ½ cup sweetened concentrate condense milk 1 ¼ cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp soda bicarbonate 3 eggs Method: Mix cocoa powder, sugar, condense milk, sweetened concentrate condense milk and butter into a saucepan on small fire sauté until all ingredients melted. Remove from fire and add flour, soda bicarbonate and baking powder. Beat the egg until the color turn to be light yellow before adding them into the flour and cocoa mixed. Mix well, and put the batter into a moulder pan but do not let it full – make it ½ only. Cover the moulder pan with the aluminum foil so no vapor drops while steaming. Steam the batter for about 1 ½ hours and let it cool after that. TOPPING - chocolate Ingredients 250 g Cooking chocolate } slice 1 table spoon margarine 130 ml double cream or whipping cream Some sugar to make it sweet Methods: Melt the chocolate using double-boiler. Remove from the heat and add the margarine, sugar and cream. Mix well. Pour the chocolate batter on the cake, leave it for a while until cold or you can keep it in the fridge before eating. Have fun and happy baking.
