Device a method/techniques that can be emplyed/used by the social worker to develop and maintain a casual relationship with local authorities

The technique is called networking, the process capacity building. You pick up the phone and you make an appointment, then you go to the local authority or counsellor or whoever, introduce yourself and tell them that you're around.
