Dieting - to feel beautiful or to be healthy

What is it for you - do you diet to feel beautiful or to be healthy? For me it is always back in my head - I need to loose extra punds because Beach season is here, I have to go to the party ect. I hate that - I should think HEALTHY...

When talking about dieting, the first thing pop up to my mind is to lose some of my weight and get back may shape. But it is actually to be healthy in real life as I am having a problem with my liver and intestine which makes my body system works slow or even not working properly in digesting my food. I have a problem with my extra fat in my tummy and this is very hard for me to make them gone. My previous diet ( daily meals) and works or i can call live styles make my health become worse. My doctor told me that I need to reduce my weight so that my body system can work properly.

Beside healthy you also get beauty I think. So both aim can be used as your motivation.

Yes we should think healthy but alot of us dont . For me I just want to get rid of the belly that I went into depression and ate to many chips at night. I dont do that any more so it should be going away soon I hope

for me it's both , i need to feel beautiful cause it boost my moral and self esteem and i need to be healthy to stay fit, i have to catch up with my toddler cause he is getting active everyday.
