do you watch what you eat or do you eat what you crave for?

I pretty much eat whenever I want..when I start to see I am gaining weight, I ease back on my portions and work out a little..all to go back to eating what I want again..lol

I tend to eat whatever I want. I don't eat as much as I used to. I don't snack as much either. But if I do want to something I will just make it myself. We do have the occasional bag of doritos. If I eat something fattening then I will just take the dogs out for longer walks.

I don't follow a strict diet because I notice that my health suffers for it. I usually follow my cravings. Most of them follow the diet that I usually eat. The thing is, after a certain time of night, I do not eat. So, no matter how bad a craving is, I don't give in to it. My metabolism is really strange, so I can't just eat everything I want to all the time. Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't.

Not really. It's hard u know since i love foods so much..heheh... i always buying what i am carving at... and end up gain a few pound..heheh..

i try to watch what i eat but i often there will be a day which lets me down, usually when i go out and dont have much time to pick up something healthy.
