Ultimate Fighter 5 Commercial - Somebody Screwed up - Censorship Issue

I was happily watching "Voyager" on Channel 41 (Spike TV) when the commercial for "Ultimate Fighter 5" came on. It was fine up until someone took off his shirt as though threatening to fight a competing contestant, and shouted out loud and clear for everyone in the USA to hear: "I'll fight you you F'**King As*h*le M*therF*cker!" It was 5:30pm! There could have been kids watching. I can see it now, there is a whole group of 6-11 year old geeky kids who are now waiting with baited breath to use those exact words tomorrow in school! The next showing of the commercial had "bleeps" through the same words, and still has - I'm betting that commercial was meant to run after 10:30pm, and that someone made an atrocious mistake. How can something like this be allowed? Is Spike TV immune from censorship issues, or will they be prosecuted? All I know is, I was shocked and annoyed about it. Would you be, if your kids were watching? What would you do?

I have seen that commercial running since last week as a preview for last night's episode and it was always bleeped out. They can't say those words on TV even after 1030pm. If I heard it, I would be upset, too. But, I have seen the commercial many times and it's always bleeped. If I had heard it, I would have emailed SpikeTV..something obviously happened. I wonder if it was played more than just that one time. Hmmmm....
