Can you please tell me how to say 'Good morning, how are you' in your language. We have lots of different people here from all over the world and I would love to know a couple of phrases, but I will start off with something easy. Thankyou!

French is the second official language in Canada, so as well as "Good morning" (or good day) the French word "Bonjour" is a way of saying good morning to someone.

Thanks for the translation. I don't think it is a serious problem with her knee, at least I hope not. Whenever she does a lot of activity like ice-skating etc, it becomes very painful and swells up. She contracted a very bad virus a year ago and was really really sick, the virus triggered off rheumatoid arthritis, although her blood tests for this are now clear, it can come back at any time. If it does not recur within 5 years she will get the all clear. Apart from her knee she is 100% fit and full of life like any normal 15 nearly 16yr old. Wow, I bet you didnt expect her life history when enquiring after her.lol Have a great day and take care!

Oh your Afrikaans is excellent, this is do strange to type in my own language, the Afrikaans for orthopedic surgeon is: Ortopediese geneesheer. What is wrong with her knee?
