I delete my cookies and my temporary internet files about once a week. It is just your computer storing where you have been. Or so I am told. It does seem to make the computer run much faster.

same here with me, i seldom delete cookies since these cookies store my personal information including my usernames and passwords in various websites. i am the only one using my computer so no need to fear about "invasion of privacy." cookies are there to track down all the sites you have visited and the next time you visit them again, you would have faster loading time.

I delete cookies every day if I can. I do the system check at the end of the day when I am finished and get rid of cookies and temporary internet files. It just makes me feel better to clean them out.

Cookies? cookies for us to eat you mean? haha im just kidding, well i do always recommend internet user delete cookies and clean up browser's cache, cookies allowed another user tracks on which websites that you'd been visited. I will suggest you to download privacy mantra and use it everytime when you finished web browsing.

I have Internet Security Suite through Verizon and it scans for cookies, spyware, and viruses all the time. They are registered on a log and I recieve pop ups the entire time that I am online letting me know what they are and giving me the option of clearing the log. This makes me feel very secure online. I know that no protection can guard against everything, so I try to be careful of the sites that I visit. I am happy to be doing the best that I can to protect my computer.

I usually try to remember to delete my cookies once a week and don't really notice a difference but I do have to login to websites I frequent but are saved on my bookmarks.

I delete my cookies everyday before turning off my computer. I agree with you they do slow our pcs. I also run my anti-spyware software. I think we should do that often especially when we are using all these paid sites. Who knows what they are putting in our hard drive.

We run scans once or twice a day. We the cookies as often as need be. We also control the trojans as well. Have you had many problems with tojans? I think both the coolies and the trojans are a nusance. Glad to see you do what's best to take care of your computer!lol

In my opinion, cookies are a form of spyware. I always delete them when closing the browser. I value my privacy. :P
