priesh72 I think its not lack of time. We are not managing time. thats the reason. and other thing is mainly our laziness and putting blame on Time. I am also like you. but strictly want to continue yoga. everyday thinking the sameand only thinking not into action....

priesh72 My mother tongue is tamil. but i know kannda very well. This is my hubbys mother tongue. So I used to communicate with him in kannada since i am fluent in his mother tongue. I also love Kannada and tamil tooooo.

priesh72 to keep moisturing for your skin: Olive Oil Egg Yolk Lemon Mix all the three in a creamy form and apply face and neck. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash with water. You can repeat as and when needed.

I cant sleep easily in the night and it took more than one hour to get to sleep.Is there any simple solution to get sleep easily.

priesh72 I am also not getting sleep soon. So I read books at the bed time. So that can easily catch sleep. A glass of warm milk is good to get sleep. Over eating in night will disturb sleep. So eat atleast 1.30-2 hrs before your bed time and try to walk after dinner.

priesh72 Usually on weekdays I dont have time to sit idol. but on sundays i will sit for sometime say a hour. on that time just relax myself. partly yes and partly no for waste of time. It depends.

priesh72 I used to take a batn in the morning. it freshes me from sleepy mood. I also take bath in the evening if I am very tired. But in summer I take a bath in the evening compulsorily.
