I didn't piss in your cornflakes!!!!

qmeyers @qmeyers (42) • United States 20 Nov 09

Couple Arrested for not Paying Tip!

cowgirl2701 @cowgirl2701 (2079) • United States 19 Nov 09

I was a waitress for years and if you give bad service you DO NOT get a TIP! I can not believe they had this couple arrested. Yes I understand that the restaurant has a policy to charge a tip for parties of 6 or more. The owner...

qmeyers I have always personally felt that tipping was for when the waiter/waitress did more than their duty. I have never felt obligated to leave one and when the service is poor I don't even think about putting any change on the table.

New Wizard of Oz????

RhodaK @RhodaK (177) • United States 8 Nov 09

How true are the rumors I have heard that they are going to be making a new "Wizard of Oz."? I can't believe it. There is no way that they can redo the original. Let me know what, if anything, you have heard.

qmeyers There is already an alternate version of the Wizard of Oz called The Wiz. It came out in 1974 I believe. Starred Diana Ross and Michael Jackson. Richard Pryor was also a part of the cast.

Beauty Pageants

onlinemoneyjourney @onlinemoneyjourney (235) • Australia 18 Nov 09

This is a huge market, specifically in the US, where young girls are subjected to beauty pageants. They look like miniature dolls all dressed up, make-up and hair perfect, strutting their stuff on the stage. However, behind every...

qmeyers I think that it's strange that they are called beauty pageants and not one of them highlight the little girls' inner or natural beauty without makeup and the expensive outfits. They should rename them Little Girls Looking Grown Pageants because they judge the...

qmeyers Sometimes you have to be real. Niceness doesn't always work. When people know what you will and will not take, they stop pushing your buttons.

Love or hate them: How do you feel about the holidays?

celestialbloom @celestialbloom (204) • United States 19 Nov 09
