anger can destroy others life, property and relationships. when your succumb with anger we do things uncontrollable by anyone. Is there any little way to ease it out a little within or by ourselves, alone?

r752seven yup, somehow you're right. we tend to confide our difficulties to the closest person around us - bestfriend as we may say so. but in doing so, we should not set aside our parents as our confidant because they'll never leave us even in the lowliest situation...
