Recommendation. How true are these?

Now a days people feel it is a neccessity to be recommended at websites, emails etc n etc. However are these true to the core or made up of formal standard well wishers.

Today is Monday and it's raining outside. I just got up and felt so lazy. why is it that every Monday i feel the same. Do you also feel like sitting in the balcony , sipping coffee and reading newspapers while rain drops shower...

What is stimulus? Is there a choice we can decide on how to respond to it?

I just read in a magazine the below quote. Is it true always? "Betwen stimulus and response there is a space. In this space lies our freedom and the power to choose our reponse"
