rainbowinthesky Well thankyou fizanali, I was wondering is it necessary to sweat to lose weight. I mean I have been exercising 40mints everyday but I never sweat maybe they were just light exercises but is it only when we sweat we lose weight??

rainbowinthesky Thanks onlywan, I will continue to do the exercise but will reduce the duration, I have heard lack of exercise cause sagging skin..I dont want loose skin after losing fat...yes fatty food a big NO. I guess I have to start taking stairs.

rainbowinthesky Thanks Bingster, I have reduced it to 15mins now from earlier 30mints..but I still feel weak, got cold and flu. I am resting now...

rainbowinthesky yea...thats what I wanted to know..how much is too much....I have just been doing moderate exercise for 30mints and 30mins brisk walk everyday...I dont think thats too much...I have now reduced it to 15mins walk and light exercises...
