I feel so hard to continue working these days.So i choose to go home to maybe stay for a month and give me a big break.Everyday i love to walk after dinner and then feel great moments taking deep breath.

rajarao Yes it is 100% sure.i too felt so hard to do work continuously.i am also planning to take rest for one month.the days are going very fast.but man is not getting any kind of relaxation.man become as machine.so JUMP AND TAKE A DEEP BREATH TO RELAX
