I have done disk clean up and that hasn't helped, shut down and restarted but it is still very slow. I am trying to respond to discussions but have only managed two in about half an hour. I have been to other sites they are slow...

rajat14modi in the computer registery find an option for paging (u can go to start menu and press "run" write there regedit for going in the registry u can also add 'dual core' or 'core 2 duo' in ur cpu

rajat14modi there is no relation between the computer and internet.Just the virus should not enter ur computer as it slows the speed.the best net is airtel and advice of mine will surely help u .put a good antivirus and use vista.for vista u need 1GB ram and about 100GB...
