My stomach is getting disturbed very frequently whenever I ate somewhere with my friends. but nothing will happen to my friend but Loose Motion started for me. I am not getting the reason, why it is happening to me only.

ramdoot Loose motion is one of the most common eating problems, normally by overeating or heavy diet than normal routine. Try to use more and more fruits and salad which have ROUGHAGE which is helpful in loose motion and stomach related problems....... With best...

ramdoot Writing diary is a good habit as well as a mental exercise too. It memorize all day activities which is an effective technique to improve memory power. My father has this good habit and he do it regularly from last 2 or more decades... I had tried it...

ramdoot This is not a good idea and healthy sign for Indian culture. It shows the satisfaction of physical relations ( for 2-3 years..) not mental and spiritual which are never-lasting...
