Can you sleep at night without lights turned on?

I had observed that some people cannot sleep at night if their lights are turned off. But in my case, it is exactly the opposite. I cannot sleep if the lights is turned on. I am dazzled with the lights and I cannot sleep soundly...

ran22dan When I was a kid lights should be on or atleast a lamp will do. Total darkness makes me think of all thoses scary stuff. But now lights on or off I can surely have a goodnight sleep :)
