water is essential to good health..yet need vary by individual..so how much you drink everyday?..

sunita64 Yes water is essential for good health and if your body become dehydrated then you are hospitalised to put glucose in you intravenously. So it is better to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water in order to keep the balance of water in the body. I personally...
