ok everytime i think now i have to go start losing some weight the kitchen is smiling at me..come here theres food for you to eat, i started to drink green tea that helped a lil and i try sport....any other tips for me?

....to occupy yourself in the evenings? Going to the pub/bars is not an option nor is reading a book - too easy and everyone will just say "I'd read a book" or "I'd go for a drink"! I would spend more time practising my guitar...

rebelvision thanks all for responding, yeah the green tea i dont know if you realy loose weight from that, cutting the sugar and milk in tea and coffee is the real deal i think lol..well for me it would, i do know that green tea is cleaning out my system real well and on...

i got hyperventilation sometimes then i get either a headache, pain everywhere in neck, back etc getting dizzy and so on, ive teached myself not to worry anymore about anything, i think everyday that god will help me through the...

rebelvision hey thanks for the responding on my post, in past i had a lot of hyperventilation i dont have it that much anymore, the problem with hyper is that you know you have it...when you have it, so i dont see it coming, i was on breathing therapy so at least i know...

rebelvision ok i go see the links thanks so much, what i meant was ( sorry im dutch, my gramar is not always that great), i meant to say that sometimes i make a great looking graphic in photoshop but then when i import the graphic in my flash program you see the graphic...
