Surrounded by loved ones and his doggie mates, my little man went to sleep, to never wake up Friday morning. I am in shock and don't really believe it yet. I miss him, but can't quite comprehend the permanence of his absence....

My friend's dog was just euthanized, and she is going through a difficult time. She has had this dog for quite a while, and I know what it is like to lose a dog that you have grown up with--a best friend. I know how heartbreaking...
