Jerwel Adrian De Perio I always make sure to drink 3 liters of liquid every day ranging from tea, natural juices, and water itself. It helps me lose weight faster as I feel full after drinking a single glass or drinking tea.

Jerwel Adrian De Perio When I am feeling down, I tend to watch Anime and just eat. Just to make dark thoughts escape me and help me smiling for the rest of the day. And I try to accept and embrace what is happening to me so as not to delve over it too much,

I do yoga for 2 hours everyday. It has not only helped in my weight loss, but also increased my concentration, will power and my overall mood. It's the best form of exercise, so much better than going to a gym.
