Keith Urban's marriage to Nicole Kidman -will it last?

rocknrollmom @rocknrollmom (177) • United States 31 Jan 07

I love Keith Urban. I'm so glad he went into rehab in order to get help for his problems. Unfortunately, I don't think his marriage to Nicole Kidman will last. They are just newlyweds and already they are having to deal with some...

Marriage between a Jew and Catholic-is it okay?

rocknrollmom @rocknrollmom (177) • United States 25 Feb 07

What do you think about marriages between Jewish people and Catholic people? Do you think that if you intermarry there shouldn't be any kids? Do you think a couple like this has a higher risk of divorce?

pizzoli You have to consider that a wedding is made by people, if someone love a girl doesn't matter which is her religion. The real love has enough power to fight against any difference

twix i do not see why it would not be possible to marry someone of another religion. How well it will work depends on the couple in question. How open are they, what are their belivfs and values, are they able to treat eachother and eachothers religions with full...

tarsadawn I don't see why it should be a problem. You marry the person, not the religion. I think it would be interesting to be able to study different religions and know them first hand. A friend's daughter married a Jewish man. They seem very happy.

Modestah if one or both of the persons is religously devout, marrying the person is also marrying the religion, because the religion is who they are. I am having a difficult time expressing myself, and for that I apologize. Okay, me for instance - the faith and...
