can anyone really help me starter,turn signals,horn does not work... put new battery in checked the starter to see if ok it is, check the 4 fuses on handle bars trouble shot for lose wires nothing is there more fuses i dont know...

put new battery in, check the starter,both are fine,however the start button,horn, & turn signals do not work what is the problem? i checked the fuses 4 on handle bar they are ok.do not see any other fuses can any one help start...
