howard96h I don't think your friend should say anything, it's not her place. It is the decision of her older sister the one who is gay if she wants to tell her parents or not. This should not be a problem for anyone, why can't they continue loving her the same way they...

I sorry I have to pose this question. Is God an imagination of the mind or does He really exist? If He ndoes exist why are people dying like flies all over. Why should other people be richer than you? Why does He allow to be...

Former North Carolina Senator Jesse Helms died today at the age of 86; it was said on the news a few moments ago that he'd probably have been pleased to have left this life on Independence Day. He was often quite a controversial...

I swore I'd never do one of these "I just reached ____" posts, but I'm kinda excited. I've spent a good deal of time here on mylot, and now I've got a fairly high number to show for it. Happy mylotting!

scorpiobabes but isn't slowing down cars actually making them less fuel efficient? Not everyone has a brand-new (or even late-model) car--I happen to be driving a 12-year-old Sebring. [i]Isn't driving through a city centre at snail's paces less efficient than...

Wolfechu Well, I've done my homework, and I think we'll have to agree to disagree. Intelligent design is the apologist's version of Creationism, and I think you'll find it's the latter several states are debating at present. My 'monkey story' I don't see as an...

celticeagle I know there was a tampon scare several years ago. Stores usually only carry the popular brands that people buy most of the time. I would be glad you can get them online. Call the K-Mart district office and ask them why they no longer carry them.
