Is Sleeping on stomach harmful to health?

i sometimes prefer to sleep on my stomach instead of my back when i feel tired but sometimes while sleeping if i sleep on my back i automatically get turned on my stomach .when i wake up in the morning then, i feel a little pain...

rupeshkc I dont not know why everyone in my family has very strong opinion against sleeping on stomach. The reason they ascribe is sleeping on stomch is harful for your career and money earning prospect! Even though it sounds superstitious, I have come to believe it...
