sachindrashetty anything in more quantity is bad for health, that includes pc which affects the eyes and the back. less use or a fix timings is the only option, again the will power counts

how many hrs in a day do u sleep??????? if im tired i genrally cant sleep more than 6 hrs else i like to sleep for minimum of 8 hrs .i hav also heard tht sleeping 2 much cause one to gain wt so .. wht abt u?do u get peaceful sleep...
