How much is important for you sleep time?

What time do you go to sleep??? And how many hours you sleep??? In the day do you have the time of a nap??? If you don t sleep as much as you need you are grumpy, or you are fresh even you don t sleep well?

sangxingye I do not close off the cliff ,it looks very dangerous.I am not near any dangerous things.The risk of even a little I will not try.Of course,bungee jumping as well.

sangxingye I am a lazy person.I don't like to cook,so I often eat rice.With a pot of steamed rice cookers,I have enough to eat for three days.On the fitst day I rat rice and vegetables,On the third day and the next day I eat fride rice.To me,this is very convenient.
