santasan2k6 I started to exercise once it it did wonders for me. Maybe I need to take it up again. But you know that when I'm studying and I get up and walk for example as you said, when I return I simply fall asleep. I think I should really try the exercise even then...

santasan2k6 you think I'm lucky and not wierd, cool :). It can be frustrating sometimes though. Like I'd fall asleep nd would be there dreaming like crazy, then when I wake up I find that I've only slep for 5 mins.
