santhu096 well crisp_cool my favorite movie is a bollywood superhit "LAGAAN" its the best movie with lot of patriotism. excellent acting by "aamir khan" who plays the lead role.It brings the patrotism and love towards our country.

Do You SLEEP with the LIGHTS on??

Do you go to sleep with a lights on? Whether it be at the front door, a computer monitor, a dining room light or maybe a bathroom light, but do you go to sleep leaving these lights on purposely? Perhaps you do it for a loved one...

santhu096 NO i do notsleep with lights on. but it doesnot matter if we use a dim light consuming very less power. but as responsible citizens it our duty to save power for our future use.

Most nights I only sleep 5-6 hours...my hubby does his sleeping in 2-3 hour intervals....my 30 yr. old daughter usually needs 10+ hours sleep to feel good...my 5 yr. old needs 7-8 hours in order to not be cranky.... This got me...

santhu096 Basically it depends on how much your body has been strained. if you have worked a lot in a day you will surely have a sound sleep for about 6-7hrs to make you fresh and happy without any stress the next day. oversleepin makes you lazy! whereas less sleep...
